Key Features
VMC’s are built with a solid construction with a vertical column that supports the machine’s spindle and tooling. The worktable is typically mounted on a movable saddle that can traverse along the X and Y axes. The spindle head can move vertically along the Z-axis. This three-axis movement provides versatility and allows for precise positioning of the cutting tool, enabling complex machining operations. Additional axes can be added with independent rotary chucks or tables.

Control Systems for Vertical Machining Centers
The newest generation of the Fanuc Series 0i control systems is used in the CNC machining centers, offering faster, more accurate performance for a wide range of milling applications. These computer numerically controlled CNC machines can receive programming at the machine via manual programming, USB, or CF Card, or ethernet, making it easy to get your programs up and running quickly.
CNC VMC Models
