F-Grind Series Surface Grinders
The F-Grind Series is engineered for rigidity, accuracy, and long-term reliability. They employ advanced Finite Element analysis to ensure machine stiffness. The expanded base increases table load capacity and stability. A full-support rail design enhances vibration dampening and precision. The spindle, running on a class P4 high precision angular contact bearing, guarantees rotating accuracy within 2 ÎĽm. It’s sealed and lubricated for longevity. Stroke length and feed adjustments for X & Y axes are standard.
Precision Grinder Key Features
V guides and hardened, ground, PTFE-coated table guideways ensure high wear resistance. High table load capacity supports heavy workpieces in industrial surface grinding applications. Optional AD5 NC control includes pre-programmed grinding modes like Surface, Plunge, and Pitch. Contour grinding is available with optional 3-axes CNC control. They can also be equipped as magnetic surface grinders for secure workholding.
