Heavy-Duty Shears with available adjustable rake
When fast and flexible cuts are in demand, our hydraulic swing beam shears known as the HAGS and HGS feature highly durable upper and bottom blades which are hardened to ensure they stay sharp allowing the operator to make perfect cuts. The rear light curtain ensures operator safety and a laser cutting line is available as an option.
The 2 top and 4 bottom blades are hardened to ensure they stay sharp.
These CNC hydraulic shears use CEBELEC CYBTOUCH 6 controllers and a Siemens electrical system paired with a Hoerbiger hydraulic system.

MGS Hydraulic Swing-Beam Shears
These shears are designed to meet your fabricating needs when fast and flexible cuts are in demand. Available in 6-13' lengths that can handle up to 1/2".
The strokes per minute range from 28 on the smallest models to 9 on the largest. The main motors range from 15 – 30 Hp dependent on capacity. The included 39" backgauge system is motorized and offers 0.004" accuracy. The rear light curtain ensures operator safety and a laser cutting line is available as an option.
