The KAAST RD series of radial drills offer versatility and convenience. The Laser has been a great investment for [us]. We really like the small footprint with the ability to cut full 5’ X 10’ sheets. We mainly cut Stainless Steel, but have had equal success with Carbon Steel and Aluminum. In addition to a reasonable purchase price, the consumables are also inexpensive. The software was easy to learn, and service has been great. I would recommend Bodor and Kaast Machine Tools to anyone looking for a quality Fiber Laser.
We started with a great tech getting us up and running and trained in one day. The operator control is intuitive and the settings allow the machine to be conformed for multiple different jobs. We have doubled our output! Now we have had time to prove, this is an awesome machine!
We absolutely love our new roll bender! We had been using the same roll bender for over 40 years and were well over due for an upgrade, and that is exactly what we purchased and then some! The KAAST PBH 120 has allowed us to roll material in house that we would have normally had sub contracted out. And because we went with the larger machine we are rolling our material at least 20% faster and with better consistency as well. Our rings and arches have never been tighter! Thank you again for a quality piece of machinery!
Hesitant, was our first thought because of being newer to the U.S. market, but ended up being a great purchase decision! For such a compact machine it has excellent weight from the casting, high rigidity, again from the casting, has excellent spindle power with automated gear shifting, and a nice bore size, everything we were hoping for! Not a well-known name yet in the U.S. but soon to be, as it is a high quality machine.
