High quality laser cutting at low operation and maintenance costs is easily achieved with the Lasersonic B. This machine can cut an array of materials in varying thicknesses, with little need for manual intervention. The industrial grade, high strength honeycomb structure of the machine ensures its long-term stability and operation. The enclosed protective cover and exhaust system provide both a high-quality laser and a high level of production safety.
The Lasersonic B utilizes FSCUT laser cutting control system, a program modeled after Microsoft’s Windows operating system. FSCUT employs a variety of laser cutting modules with special functions and offers users a large, digital display paired with a wireless mouse and keyboard for simple, straight forward operation.
Included below the display system are two UBS ports and storage space, allowing the operator to conveniently keep consumables and tools with the Lasersonic B. The Lasersonic B is also equipped with a LAN connector, giving the machine the capability to connect to a common network infrastructure.
The Lasersonic B system utilizes the feature rich Cypcut cutting software, simplifying and optimizing the cutting process, significantly improving operator efficiency and productivity. The engraving and cutting modes are set individually by the operator before the cutting process begins. The operator can reconfigure the machine and enter new settings without having to stop the material handling process. Switching between modes occurs automatically, increasing the productivity of the cutting procedure. CypCut provides common drawing functions, similar to AutoCAD. The user-friendly software includes a variety of intuitive graphic operating functions, making the cutting process simple and quick to start. The software supports graphic data formats such as AI, DXF, PLT, Gerber, and LXD. Operators are also free to use international standard G codes generated by Master Cam, Type3, or other software. The Cypcut software also automatically optimizes external files such as DXF when they are initially opened or imported.
In order to obtain high-quality acute and right angles, the software is equipped with real-time frequency and power curves. The laser radiation power level is automatically adjusted according to the speed of the cutting head, assuring quality control over precise angles. When the cutting head speed is at zero (when the corner is stopped), the output radiant power is equal to the minimum power set, preventing any burnout of the corners. Cypcut reads the special material library and selects the corresponding material library parameters according to different materials.
Cypcut allows operators to set the cutting speed, laser power, air pressure, cutting height and other process parameters for up to 16 layers. Each layer is also saved as a unique color, making it simple to browse and configure different cutting parameters.
The simplicity of the software allows the user to learn the basic operation of the machine quickly, lowering training and production cost. Cypcut also offers free upgrades, along with monitoring and control of the installation system, tracking systems, cooling systems, lasers, and viewing node logs. The focusing lens can run at a maximum speed of 5500”/min and a maximum acceleration of 393”m/s2 ensuring that the focal point can be switched steadily during the cutting process, particularly when cutting thick material. The BCS100 self-contained capacitor height adjuster adopts a closed-loop control method to manage the laser-cutting capacitor follower and provides a unique Ethernet communication (TCP/IP protocol) interface. It is easy to implement high-speed automatic tracking and sharing with the Cypcut software, as well as section perforation, progressive perforation, edge-seeking cutting, frog-leaping lifting, cutting head elevation setting, flight optical path compensation, etc. The BCS100 adopts a double-closed-loop algorithm with speed and position.
