What is the difference between manual, semi-automatic, and Fully automatic band saws?

and what do I have?

Bandsaw quick start Semi-Automatic: Manual bandsaws necessitate the operator to exert physical strength in lifting the head after each cut, which can weigh over 200 pounds. The repetitive lifting poses risks of wear and tear on operators, leading to workman’s compensation claims and consuming valuable time in manually relocating the head. Recognizing the undesirable consequences and costs associated with this manual process, KAAST Machine Tools has chosen not to offer this type of bandsaw.

Band saws offered by KAAST feature, at a baseline level, semi-automatic functionality. The motion of the saw head is controlled with a hydraulic piston system. This enables the operator to manipulate its vertical movement using the up/down switch. After clamping the material securely in the vice and carrying out the cutting operation, the head automatically returns to its initial upper position. Semi-automatic bandsaws are particularly advantageous in scenarios necessitating a limited number of cuts on a given material length.
