Fully-automatic horizontal bandsaws allow the operator to program a certain number of cuts, and walk away.
With industrial fully-automatic horizontal bandsaws, you can equip your business to operate more efficiently and conveniently for day-to-day requirements. This solution runs automatically to complete batch cutting for a range of materials. You can also leave it running while unattended if needed, maximizing productivity on the job. With automatic bandsaws, you can keep operations running seamlessly maximize your completion rates day in and day out.
Bandsaw Benefits and Features
When you leverage the power of the heavy-duty fully automatic horizontal bandsaw, you can optimize overall productivity on the job. It simplifies your workflow and helps you complete more projects automatically instead of manual labor. It simultaneously helps you cut down on your processes to complete jobs seamlessly in addition to boosting your production rates consistently.
Benefits of Automatic Bandsaws
Using an automatic bandsaw can provide several key operational advantages for your business:
- Decreased labor costs: By using the automatic bandsaw to handle batch cutting requirements, you can cut down on the need for manual labor and associated expenses.
- Increased speed: Automatic saw solutions can work around the clock to maximize your overall efficiency and completion rates.
- Optimized safety: Since the machinery handling cutting requirements are automatic, you can maximize safety for your labor force while harnessing the power of machinery for heavy-duty sawing needs.
- Improved Accuracy: Eliminating the operator from the measuring process significantly reduces measuring errors and waste.
Available from 9"-22" capacity, our fully automatic bandsaws are workhorses that churn out parts faster than an operator ever could. The operator loads the material, sets the length, and then enters the number of cuts. The saw will continuously cut and automatically feed the material until it reaches the final number of cuts programmed or runs out of material.
These machines saw through bar stock, tubes, steel profiles and cast-iron materials with ease. Dual Column bandsaws are rigidly supported on both sides of the workpiece. The more compact scissor type bandsaws pivot the saw head on a bearing on one side of the head. Furthermore, these bandsaws feature a rigid and compact design, automatic material feed, a parts counter, and a built-in flood coolant system. They allow the operator to control band speed and cutting force, thus resulting in premium cutting results and extending blade life.
The automatic feed will help reduce scrap, labor costs, and errors, while the simple design and brand-name components will ensure easy service and reduced down-time. Dual-column bandsaws raise and lower the head on precision ground linear guides. The frame of this fully automatic bandsaw’s solid cast mono-block construction keeps vibrations to a minimum and as a result it ends in straight, accurate cuts and extended blade life. The blade guides and rollers are carbide which promotes longevity. Hydro-mechanical blade tension and an automatic band breakage detection and shut-off feature make this automatic bandsaw truly great.
Swivel head mitering bandsaws allow the entire blade and housing to be rotated to set and cut the desired angle.
The fully automatic swivel-head mitering bandsaws offered by KAAST feature an NC control with digital display of the angle as well as the ability to program multiple cuts for multiple lengths at the same angle.
